Lumina Consulting is the next phase of the work I started through Cornerstone People Solutions.

For years I've worked alongside leaders and teams, in travel and tourism and beyond, helping them build capability, handle change, and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive. That work matters to me, and it continues here.

What's changing is the shape of the business around it. Lumina is where I now bring everything together: leadership and consulting work, Somatic Experiencing sessions, events and classes, and retreats. These aren't separate ventures sitting side by side. They come from the same place. People work better, lead better, and live better when they understand themselves and the systems, both inner and organisational, that shape how they respond to pressure.

I'm Cassandra, the person behind Lumina. My background spans organisational leadership development, instructional design, and facilitation, alongside years of training across nervous system health and embodied practice. Somatic Experiencing sits at the centre of how I work with people directly, but the path there ran through yoga, breath, meditation, and a fair amount of study into how the body actually holds and releases what the mind can't talk its way out of.
