Lumina Consulting is the next phase of the work I started through Cornerstone People Solutions, supporting the people who shape the travel industry.

For years, I've worked alongside travel and tourism businesses, helping leaders and teams build capability, navigate change, and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive. That work matters to me, and it continues here.

What's changing is the scope. Lumina opens space for the programs and ideas I've been developing for some time, things that sit alongside travel industry work rather than replace it. That includes leadership development programs, and an openness to bring in other areas of my practice, including wellbeing and retreat-style work, where it makes sense to do so.

I'm Cassandra, the person behind Lumina. My background spans organisational leadership development, instructional design, and facilitation, alongside parallel work in nervous system health and embodied wellbeing. I bring a practical, human approach to everything I do: evidence-based, grounded, and built around real people doing real work, not jargon or cookie-cutter programs.
